As our name suggests, the focus of the group of development professionals who comprise Coastal Carolina Tomorrow is projected forward to avoid being placed in a reactionary position on issues of importance to the development community. While they are a critical component of our organization, our membership is not limited to commercial and residential builder/developers, but includes design and engineering professionals, architects, contractors, lawyers, planners and financial lending institutions.
Coastal Carolina Tomorrow was formed in mid-2007 to identify issues of importance, formulate a response and take our position on the matters to the political leaders and regulators who govern the development process to such a great extent throughout the state, in order to ensure that the wealth of experience and knowledge that our members possess is factored into any decisions that are made that impact our industry.
The developer and other professionals of Coastal Carolina Tomorrow dedicate themselves and the resources of their companies to the betterment and preservation of North Carolina's southeastern coastal communities by working within the public and private sectors to bring a reasoned, well-thought out approach to the protection of our environment and to the sustained growth of the area's economic base.
